Potato Pave Plus

I attempted my hand a ChefStep’s Potato Pave Croissant. My main alteration was that swapped oil frying with air frying. I know, culinary blasphemy. But that speaks to how much I do not like frying.

The final result is topped with carnitas and sour cream. While good, it was a good reminder that even if you think the final dish might be salty, salt your potatoes.
